Hair Dye Causes New Problems. We’ll Fix the Original One.
Hair dye works. That's not the debate. The debate is what it costs you: the box every few weeks, the smell, the roots that give it away, the hairline that starts looking painted instead of real. You fixed the gray and created new problems.
Particle Anti-Gray Serum works differently. It targets the root cause of graying — restoring pigment gradually, naturally, without dye. Hair and beard. Results that look like yours, not like a product. Five seconds a day. Thirty-day money-back guarantee if you don't see a difference.
Over a million men trust Particle. This is the product that earns that number. Get 20% off and free shipping now with the exclusive promo code BH20.

Three Drinks To Know

3 Summer Cocktails That Aren’t a Margarita
The Margarita is fine. But if it's the only thing you're making this summer, you're leaving better drinks on the table.
The Paloma
Tequila, fresh grapefruit juice, lime, a splash of club soda, pinch of salt. It's lighter and more refreshing than a margarita with half the sweetness. This is what they drink in Mexico when they're not performing for tourists.
2 oz tequila blanco
3 oz fresh grapefruit juice (fresh squeezed)
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Club soda to top
Pinch of salt
The Whiskey Highball
Bourbon or Japanese whisky, cold soda water, packed with ice. Simple, sessionable, and underrated. The Japanese have known this for decades.
2 oz whiskey
4 oz cold soda water
Lemon twist
The Gin Rickey
Gin, fresh lime juice, soda water. No sugar. No syrup. Bone dry and built for heat. The drink your grandfather ordered before gin got complicated.
2 oz gin
1 oz fresh lime juice
Soda water to top
The Mettle Take
A good summer drink doesn't need a blender. It needs fresh citrus, good ice, and a short recipe.
Not the drink they expect. The one they remember.

What Every Dad Really Wants This Sunday
It's not a tie. It's not a gift card. It's not a mug that says "World's Best Dad." What every dad actually wants this Father's Day is to not think about a single thing. No planning. No prep. No cleanup. Whether he wants to run the grill himself and watch the game or sit back and let someone else handle everything, the move is the same: take every decision off his plate except what goes on it.
Here's a four-item menu that makes it easy.
The steak.
Ribeye, at least 1.5 inches thick. Salt and pepper an hour before. Reverse sear it: 225°F oven until the internal temp hits 115°F for medium-rare, then sear in a screaming hot cast iron for 90 seconds per side. Rest 5-10 minutes. Slice. Full reverse sear recipe here.
The side.
Grilled asparagus. Olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon zest. 3 to 4 minutes over direct heat. Don't overcook it. It should still have snap.
The app.
Bacon-wrapped jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese (or cheddar). Grill indirect until the bacon crisps. These disappear in minutes.
The drink.
An Old Fashioned made the right way. Bourbon, sugar cube, Angostura bitters, orange peel. Hand it to him before anything hits the grill.
The Mettle Take:
The best Father's Day gift fits on a plate, not in a bag.
Because eating well is never just about the food.

The 30-Second Habit I Wish I’d Started Earlier
Every morning before I open my inbox, I write down one thing.
Not a to-do list. Not five priorities. One thing that actually moves the needle today.
That’s it. 30 seconds. A sticky note, a notebook, whatever is nearby.
Here’s why it works.
Email is a trap. The second you open it, you’re reacting to other people’s priorities. Slack messages, meeting invites, and “quick questions” can own your morning before you’ve done anything that matters.
Writing down the one thing forces a decision before the noise starts. It gives you a filter for the rest of the day.
When something pops up, ask: does this help the one thing or pull me away from it?
The Mettle Take: Control your morning before your inbox controls you
